This term we are learning about survivor and how can a animal from desert can adapt to survive in the ice and how can a animal from the Antarctica can adapt to survive in the desert. And our task for this term in team 4 is Adapt to survive, I make up my own animation about how can a animal adapt to survive in Antarctica and  the desert.

Camp Benzon

On Tuesday the 17th of November, The pt england year six’s when to camp Benzon. Camp Bentzon it’s all about having fun and enjoying the beautiful Island, and watching  going up hills and looking at the beautiful looking ocean.

Kayaking was my favourite activities because it’s fun and you have baddle on your own and it funying when you full over the boat.

Orienteering is a fun activity you have to use your eyes and brian to find all of them.

Volleyball was fun and it really funny when the other team wins the other team gets angry like waimaria.

It was funny when waimaria get sassy at volli because if Mr J’s team win waimaria get’s angry and sassy but if Mw J’s team loses and them waimaria get happy and sassy over and over.

Sailing was so scary, I almost cry when my and Dezarae almost full over our sailing boat, but then she said don’t worry Lahval I am a good driver, that makes me not to worry about anything huh that was funny ha.

Mubashir was so funny when he fell over his sailing boat and when he fell over he was screaming hard out  my group was laughing hard out even our teacher was laughing it was so crack up hahaha.

Have you’ve been at Camp bencon it Kauwau island? Oh I have it so fun you get to do lot of activity and you get to swim in the beautiful looking ocean, you’ve got to go their you are going to Love their that all I can tell you but you will find out more when you get their.

Hi my name is Lahval, I am 10 years old turning 11 next year, I am a year 6 student from room 7, 6, 8.  My teacher’s names are Mr sommerville,  Mr goodwin,  and Miss Lavakula. My school name is Pt england school  and my principal is Mr Burt. My best friend's are Aysha, Alisha, Heather, and  Roimata, but sometime’s I hangout with my old best friends, and they are Talita, Seini, Rima, Presayus,  and htethtet. I like to eat mango, orange, ice cream,  ice block, taro, banana, bear, apple, chicken, sausage, eggs, bacon, ham, and especially chocolate ymmmmmmm. My favorite sports are Vollie, soccer, basketball, and netball. My parent’s name is Sieni and Ne’emia. My brother’s name is Henry and my sister’s name are Lauagaia and Vaolele and me. My grama’s  name is Itagia and my Grandpa's name is Aifaalua. And we all like to cook  BBQ for the holiday’s…………….

Goggle cardboard

Hi my name is Lahval, and i am telling you that………….. Have you tried the Google cardboard, if you haven’t you have to try one of them. it can take you to another place I mean if you want to go anywhere you can search it on your ipad and then connect it on the phone and you can see it it like you are in that place but you are not it so fun to have your own one, I’ve tried it before with my math class it was so fun we get to see the ocean, and other’s, you have to try them, but that all i can tell you but you will find out more if you try it, see yar.

Hi my name is Lahval, On Tuesday it was Mr, somerville’s day back to school, and we played a chocolate game, it was really fun, it fun because our class was so small and that we all get to have a turn at  rolling the dice and then I think billy was the one that eat the most chocolate, it was so funny and fun.

And the first thing we did before we played the game is that we get into a big circle  and then Mr,S tell us the rule, and the rule for the game is that there a dice and you have to roll the dice but if roll the dice and the number 6 show up and that mean you have to go in the middle and but on the hat and the skuff first but you have to put it on properly and quickly before someone else get a 6, but if the number 6 don’t show up when you roll the dice that means you have to pass it over to the other person and when you get the dice you must roll it fast and pass it fast to the next person it you didn’t get the number 6, and there's a plate of chocolate in the middle and there's a fork and a knife and you have to cut one piece at the time and then you take the piece of the fork and then eat see easy.

And for the game we played it inside the class on the mat, we start the game for like 9 something and we finish a t 9 30 I think, I was playing with my friend {Roimata} and she won 2 times or 3 but I win 1 time but I didn’t get to eat any chocolate but that's OK because it just a game, and Roimata in her first win she eat 1 piece only and I don’t know about her 2 one, and the most people with the most chocolate was Billy, Hendrix, and Zack it was funny when they buy chocolate in their mouth, their mouth was like full of chocolate hahaha it was so funny and it was so fun first fun thing I’ve ever done ones joring the class. ha.

It’s fun you must try it with your friends and  family you are going to love it, it’s super fun, you have to try it, and I know that my whole class sure did enjoy it because it was so fun.. you must play it with you friends and family…….

Kawau Island Camp Journey Planner

We  are learning about making our own Kawau Island Camp Journey Planner by creating it at Google draw,I make my own using the Google draw and arrow's, line's, and Google images to shurch for the picture's, and then we have to figure out  what time did we live school and went to the year 6 camp, and what time did we get at sand spit walkwalf, and what time did we have and finsh our lunch, and then what time did we went on the ferry and what time did we get there at kauwau island and what time did we went for our walk, so i creat my own and i wrote the time and put all the picture that I need to put in and then i put it on my blog and then in my bolg log.

In the holiday, I spend the whole two week with my family, because the other holiday I get to go to my auntie  house, and this time I get to stay with my family.In our holiday we diceieded to stay home. we stay  home and watch tv and  eat and year that all we just stay home and do all that…..

but at the the other week of the holiday me and my family went to shopping for the white sunday, we buy clothes, shoe, earring, and necklace, and bracelet, and  thing that we use for our hear. we went in our own car, and we come back in our own car,

And when we came back home me and my sister went to pick up our white clothes for the white sunday, and when we came back we buy 5 bag of lollies, and when we went back home we give my mom 3 bag of lollies and we have the other 2 bag’s. we walk to pick our clothes up and then we walk back.

And then on sunday we get to wear our clothes that me and my sister went to pick up from that shop in the shopping center, at church my mom give me, my sister, and my brother a big bag of chocolate each, and then we get money from our sunday school teacher, I get 40$, and my sister get 60$, and my brother get’s 30$, and then after church we gat to eat our chocolate and then we went home and eat our launch and then we just stay home and eat and watch T.V

THAT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY HOLIDAY EVER………..

Holiday

Hi there! I am writing about my school holiday.

In my school holiday, We decided to stay home, but On the second week of the holiday my family went to shopping for the white sunday. My mom buy me and my sister’s a dress and then my dad but my brother a suit and the colour of it is all white. and my mom buy me and my other sister 2 necklace and a back of earring, and then me and my mom and my sister went to the warehouse and we have to  pick our own shoes to wear in the white sunday, and then after that we went in to  shop and we buy our food to eat because we didn’t have breakfast. After that my mom buy me, my sister, and my brother a big bag of chocolate for us, { me, my sister, and my brother} and my mom even give us 10$ each it was so fun……..

Back to school we have a asembly, we were talking about our topic, and our topic for this term is survivors. and then all our teacher start from team 1 to team 5 to explain what are they going to learn for this term but I don't remember what they were all telling us so sorry and after the assembly we went to class and write about our holiday like what I am doing now......

In our task we are learning about our thinking what is the best think to do do if you find something what do you have to do with it. And my animation is finished and the problem is solved, and there are no worried. So in my animation I have drawing my three emotion's and they are happy, serious, and worried, and they solved the problem. what do I have to do is that when I have found a Chromebook and then the three emotion that I have draw we have to make them go around our head so it can make us think of what's right for us to do with it, and then happy emotion came and said that { yes free Chromebook yes I can have it.} and then worried came and said that{ we should live it there so that if we can have it we don't even know the password.} and then serious come and then it said that { we need to find the person that earn it and then give it back to them before it's too late} so I listen to serious we need to find the person who earn it and give it back to them.... Hooray the  problem it's solve.... thank you for your help........... you are welcome...

Market day Recount

Team 4 student had a market last friday to learn how to make our own products and sell them to own money.My In my business group we had make our own product to sell them and get money, we have make lot and lot of loom bands bracelet, neckleas and ring and they are only for 20p, 50p, and 1pt the ring are for 20p and the small bracelet are for 50p and then the blg and fat bracelet are for 1pt and then like 2 or maybe 3 days before the market day and then I make 4 sets this a neckleas a ring a earing and 2 bracelet and they are in defferent colour and I but them in 3pt and 50p and then after that we my and me had made 32pt from selling our own produt and then we pey miss macnealy our teacher 15pt becaue she buy thing that we need to make our product with, and then thus a bad news pou just take our the blastek back that has our money in it and then ful down and then all the peopel talk them and then we only have 18 more pt left that was relly sad but we still have fun with  buying and selling our things it’s was so  fun…

Before our market start we were setting up, I mean we were moving table chair’s so that we have much space for people to come and buy stuff and space for us to sell our product. and my group were setting up at miss jacobsen class, and the other were taking table outside to set up their thing’s. My group were selling loom bands bracelet, necklace, earring, and set’s. and by case we earn 38 pt’s. And when we have to earn miss MacKinlay 15 pt’s and then we have 23 pt’s but and then we  buy whatever we want to buy after we buy our stuff and then the money that was left we put them in our Bank…..

My product that I was making is loom bands set’s and Alisha she in my group too and Heather as well, Alisha was making loom bands bracelet and Heather was making loom bands necklace. and by like half an hour our product was all done they were all finished. and then we were working really fast to make more thing so that we can earn more money. so we make more and then when the market finished all our thing we're finished too and I was like so happy about that we earn 38 pt’s..

In the market I had 20 pt’s and then I buy 2 key ring’s fro car, and then I buy 1 key ring for my school back. and then I buy lot and lot of bracelet and all those stuff. and then after that I have 4 pt’s more left and then the 23 pt’s that we have from our business group, I got 7 pt’s from it and then I had 21 pt’s and then I put them in my bank account by that case I had 1pt add in it because I have 20 pt’s at the las time and then plast  a pt and then  I have 21 pt’s...

Cross country account.

Hi my name is Henslaval but people call me Lahval,On Monday, our whole school were having a cross country. Our cross country was starting by at 12.30. Our whole school came out on the netball field to get ready for our cross country. When our teacher is happy for us to go somewhere else to watch the cross country, And then we can go and watch the cross country very clear. Our cross country was starting from the year 1 boy’s, and then the year 1 girl’s, the year 2 boy’s, the year 2 girls, and then the year 3 boy’s, the year 3 girls, the year 4 boys, and then year 4 girls, and then the year 5 boys, go and then the year 7 boys, go and then the year 5 girls, went and then the year 7 girls went, and then the year 6 boy when, the year 8 boy went, and then the year 6 girls went, and then the year 8 girls, and that is our last class to run. My house colour was yellow, and do you know that this is my first time to run in the cross country!! and then I came 6 to 7 I was so happy to myself that this is my first time and I even bet the other girls in my class that have been running for the cross country all year. I just can’t believe it, I'm so happy……….

 and then I add 0.6+0.5=11 and then I but a decimal point in it and then it's 10.1 and then I add 10.1+0.4=14 and that is 10.4 in a decimal point and then I did 0.9 + 0.9 = 18 and that is 10.8 and then I add 10.8 + 0.9 = 27 and that is 20.7 and then I add  1.4 in it and then that is the answer 28.5.......

Walt: understand money as decimal numbers. In our task we are learning about understand money and decimal number we have to write our own number and then we have to follow all the question that is in the presentation and work out our number that we have make it in our own

Define vocab.

Walt: Skim and scan to find information. 

We are learning to skim and scan to find information, and we are actually learning to Define vocab too. In our task we are creating a definition, first we have to read our whole story and then we have to find four words and then put them in our presentation and then we have to worked it out and follow the instructions in the presentation, for example like insert link of a photo, create our own sentence using the word, parts of the word,what is the opposite word,example from the text, and then but it in our blog and the in our blog log.
